Many thanks to Keith Reid for his kind permission to quote the song words, and for leave to use the illustration (by Dickinson) that adorned the original sheet-music of the smash-hit (Dickinson was Keith's partner, and also designed Procol's sheet-music for Homburg and the album-covers for the albums Procol Harum, A Salty Dog, and Home).
